CERN in Geneva seeks an Agile Coach to join the Delivery section within the Business Computing group. You will coach, mentor, and train teams and business partners on lean-agile practices in software development, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The role involves coordinating two transformation projects, including ERP and HR systems, with cross-functional work across the group and stakeholders to deepen business agility and lean portfolio management.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with 2–6 years of professional experience since graduation or a PhD with max 3 years since graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree alone not sufficient.
• CERN national/associate member eligibility restrictions.

Aufgaben

• Coach, mentor, and train teams and business partners on lean-agile practices in software development.
• Drive Lean/Agile activities and grow Agile maturity within the group.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across programs and with external stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and a healthier relationship with business partners.
