Job summary

Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG in Switzerland invites applications for a Structure Analyst. You will perform structural analysis of airframe components with emphasis on wing and landing gear, using FEA tools.

You will produce stress notes, analysis reports, and test plans to support certification; CS-23 compliance is part of the role. We seek engineers with a degree in aerospace and hands-on experience in stress analysis, NASTRAN/FEMAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in structural stress analysis in aerospace
• Recent graduates with a Master’s degree may be considered
• Familiarity with NASTRAN (MSC/NX) or FEMAP or comparable FEA software
• MS Office; Mathcad would be advantageous
• Knowledge of CS-23 certification requirements advantageous
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Structural Analysis – static stress analysis and FEA of airframe structure focusing on wing and landing gear
• Prepare stress notes and formal engineering analysis reports
• Support CS-23 compliance demonstration
• Support structural testing definition and execution
