Job summary

Try&Hire seeks a Structural Stress Analyst to perform classical static stress analysis and finite element analysis of metallic and composite airframe structures, with a focus on wings and landing gear. You will prepare stress notes, formal reports, test plans and test reports in a development and certification environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ years post-graduate experience in structural stress analysis in aerospace.
• Recent graduates with outstanding academic record may be considered.
• Familiarity with NASTRAN (MSC/NX) and FEMAP or comparable FEA software.
• MS Office; Mathcad experience an advantage.
• CS-23 certification knowledge an advantage.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform classical static stress analysis and finite element analysis of metallic and composite airframe structures.
• Focus on wing and landing gear structures.
• Prepare stress notes, formal engineering analysis reports, test plans and test reports.
• Support CS 23 compliance demonstration activities.
• Support structural testing definition and execution.
