Try&Hire is seeking a specialist to plan and implement qualification programs for metallic materials and assembly processes in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

The role leads qualification test programs, compiles technical documentation, and drives materials and process projects, collaborating with engineering, production, quality, and support teams while ensuring compliance with aviation and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong expertise in metallic materials and assembly processes.
• German and English at B2 level.
• Analytical problem solving for complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work independently with a target-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute qualification test programs for new metallic materials and assembly processes.
• Compile and revise technical documentation such as process specifications and engineering standards.
• Lead materials and process projects in the field of metals and assembly.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design.
• Support engineering, production, quality and customer support on metallic materials topics.
• Ensure compliance of materials and processes with aviation and environmental regulations.
