Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Switzerland seeks a Senior Product Compliance Manager to ensure EASA Part 21 compliance across Design and Production Organisations. You will lead audits, develop QMS documentation and act as the regulatory advisor to engineering and leadership.

You bring a degree in engineering with 10+ years in regulated aerospace quality management, strong auditing credentials, and fluent English; German is a plus. This role offers dedicated development and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline; at least 10 years in Quality Management within a regulated aerospace environment.
• Extensive knowledge of EASA regulations, particularly Part 21; proven experience applying regulatory requirements in practice.
• Qualified Auditor with significant experience conducting internal, external, supplier, and regulatory audits in aerospace or aviation organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge senior management, VP and Director-level stakeholders.
• Fluent English (C2); German language skills (B2) are advantageous but not essential.
• Pragmatic, resilient, and solution-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance within the Design Organisation (DO) and Production Organisation (PO) per EASA Part 21.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal, external, and supplier audits (roughly 60% focus on DO compliance).
• Develop, maintain, and improve QMS documentation, procedures, policies, and compliance processes at corporate level.
• Act as internal subject matter expert on aviation regulatory matters; advise Engineering, Production and leadership teams.
• Deliver compliance and quality training programs; promote a strong quality and regulatory culture.
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
