The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with 1–3 years in customer service and experience with CRM systems. Fluency in French and English is expected.
The Admissions Officer supports the admissions process by managing and nurturing leads to maximize student enrolments. Working closely with the Head of Admissions, this role handles enquiries, processes applications, coordinates and supports interviews and tours, and maintains records to ensure a seamless, professional experience for prospective families. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to fostering a welcoming environment that reflects the school’s commitment to excellence in education. The Admissions Officer reports solid into the Head of School and has a functional reporting to the Regional Cluster Head of Admissions.
