CERN is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Accelerator Systems Department to support planning and administration of a large technical department.
You will coordinate administrative activities, assist with contracts, arrivals, travel and related processes, and maintain budgeting and reporting information. The role emphasizes confidentiality, teamwork and process improvement in a diverse international setting.
Introduction
As an Administrative Assistant in the Accelerator Systems Department (SY), you will support the effective planning and administration of one of CERN's largest technical departments. Working closely with the Departmental Planning Officer, Administration Officer and colleagues across CERN, you will coordinate key administrative and resource management activities.
Higher administrative diploma or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Administration or a related field.
Spoken and written English or French, with a commitment to learn the other language.
