Nestlé Waters is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage financial information, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting while supporting business decisions. You will collaborate with Finance and control teams, business units, and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful results in a dynamic beverage environment.

The role emphasizes Swiss accounting standards, month-end close, forecasting, and governance with a focus on precision, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration in French

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling principles.
• Experience with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
• Excellent collaboration with internal stakeholders and cost owners.
• Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.

How you'll make an impact as an Accounting Specialist

• Delivering accurate and timely accounting, financial analysis and reporting across your areas of responsibility.
• Driving monthly closing activities, journal entries and balance sheet reviews to maintain reliable financial records.
• Preparing transparent forecasts of the overheads and analysing performance against budgets to support informed business decisions.
• Ensuring strong governance, internal controls and compliance through audit support and accurate statutory declarations.
• Managing treasury information, current accounts, asset records and master data to strengthen financial visibility and control.
• Coaching and supporting the Finance apprentice while collaborating closely with Finance colleagues and cost owners to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.

• Applying good knowledge of controlling principles, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

• Communicating fluently in French and English; German is an advantage.
