Job summary

Manpower in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations under the Finance Manager. You will maintain accurate records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial integrity across core accounting activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3–5 years of relevant experience, professional English, VAT/I FRs knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics/Navision/Business Central) and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in VAT filings and IFRS knowledge.
• Strong tax regulations understanding and business acumen.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision/Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable.
• Oversee accounts receivable.
• Proficient in P2P and O2C cycles.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and update the general ledger.
• Handle VAT filings.
• Prepare cash flow and cash forecasts.
• Monthly stock reconciliation.
