Zusammenfassung

Michael Page International partners with a well-established international organisation in Zürich to recruit a hands-on finance professional. You will own accounting, budgeting, reporting and compliance initiatives, and support strategic financial decisions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

The role covers month-end close, financial statements, P&L, forecasts, VAT compliance, and ERP improvements with Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
3+ years in accounting, finance, controlling or financial management.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

Manage end-to-end accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-/year-end close.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, management reports, and P&L.
Lead budget preparation, forecasting and expenditure tracking.
Analyze budget variances and provide financial recommendations for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Swiss VAT and statutory obligations.
Act as VAT contact for international transactions and country-specific requirements.
Coordinate audit preparation and liaise with auditors and advisors.
Drive process improvements and internal controls; support ERP optimisation (MS Dynamics 365 BC).
