Zusammenfassung

Manpower Switzerland is seeking an experienced Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy of records. This role works under the Finance Manager to maintain financial integrity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, P2P and O2C cycles, bank reconciliations, and VAT filings, with a focus on IFRS compliance and accurate cash flow forecasting. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Professional level of English.
• Proficient VAT filings and IFRS knowledge.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and strong business acumen.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Dynamics/Navision/BC).
• Strong Excel reporting and analysis skills.

This role works under the guidance of the Finance Manager and contributes tomaintaining accurate financial records, compliance with statutory regulations, and overall financial integrity.

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Professional level of English
• Proficient in VAT filings and understanding of IFRS standard
• Knowledge of tax regulations, and general business acumen
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, or Business Central
• Strong command of Advanced Excel functions for reporting and analysis
