Zusammenfassung

SIX is seeking an Account Manager to lead the holistic management of current and new clients in a fast‑paced, AGILE environment in Zürich. You will collaborate with Product, Legal and Operations to ensure outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction.

You will drive growth by upselling market data services and analytics, while maintaining strong client relationships and ownership of account performance. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–8 years of experience in financial services.
• Solid background in the market data domain (data vendor, exchange or bank).
• Experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management.
• Fluent in German and English (Spanish or French is a plus).

We are an AGILE, DRIVEN and international team responsible for the licensing of market data across both legal entities SIX and BME. In this position you will work closely with Administration & Intelligence, Legal & Compliance and Operations.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the holistic and service-oriented management of existing and new clients within the framework of proactive account management.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery, while monitoring account performance and aligning solutions with client needs and business objectives.
• Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships.
• Driving commercial growth through upselling and cross-selling of market data services and value-added analytics offerings.
• Initiate and support client audits and assisting the external auditor in the preparation and execution of audit activities.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in the financial services industry (3-8 years).
• Solid background in the market data domain (e.g. data vendor, exchange or bank).
• Experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in German and English (both verbal & writing), Spanish or French is a plus.
