Vontobel Holding AG in Zurich (and Thalwil area) seeks an Account Manager for a desk covering CEE to own and manage a client portfolio with a client-first approach. You will be responsible for revenues, client demand, and the administration of accounts including cash management and transfers.

You will monitor risk and compliance indicators and guide KYC matters, supporting relationship managers in client meetings and investment proposals.

Are you passionate about the financial world? For our desk covering CEE, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Account Manager.

What would your role be?

Take ownership and manage a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.

Be responsible for the revenues of the book, managing the volume of work, and demand of the clients.

Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).

Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.

Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings, and in the preparation of investment proposals.

Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.
