Vontobel seeks an Account Manager for the CEE Desk to own a client portfolio, drive revenues, and oversee account administration. You will guide RM teams on KYC, assist in preparing investment proposals, and ensure smooth client openings and closings.

We value a strong team player with knowledge of financial products, excellent IT skills, and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools to enhance client service. Fluent in German and English, Russian is a plus.

Account Manager – CEE Desk

Are you passionate about the financial world? For our desk covering CEE, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Account Manager. Take ownership and manage a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs first. Be responsible for the revenues of the book, managing the volume of work, and demand of the clients. Serve as the go‑to expert for the administration of client accounts (cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders, execution control, fiduciary deposit renewals, etc.). Use foresight to anticipate new risks through accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators. Guide relationship managers in KYC matters, support them in organizing client meetings, and assist in preparing investment proposals. Ensure smooth openings and closings of accounts.
