QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience supporting students and families and performing clerical work preferred. Ability to communicate effectively, use office technology, maintain accurate records, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively with families, staff, and community partners. Preference will be given to applicants fluent in English and Spanish.

REPORTS TO: Superintendent
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Eight (8) hours per day, 205 days per year. The position combines Community Care Specialist and Office Specialist responsibilities, each comprising approximately half of the role.
SALARY: As provided in the collective bargaining agreement with OSEA. The hourly rate will be an equal blend of the employee's placement on the Community Care Specialist schedule (Range S) and the Office Specialist schedule (Range H). Under the 2026–27 salary schedule, the blended rate will be approximately $22.56–$28.23 per hour, depending on step placement in each range.
