Job summary

SWISSto12 is a fast-growing aerospace company focused on high-precision RF components and space systems. The Machining Operator role involves 5-axis CNC milling, turning, and EDM operations to produce unique, small-series parts from metal additive manufacturing and conventional stock.

You will work with manufacturing engineers and process owners to ensure parts meet aerospace standards for precision, surface quality, and reliability, within a multidisciplinary, multicultural team in Lausanne.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret complex ISO GPS drawings.
• Experience programming or probing cycles on CNC machines.
• Fluent in French; English at least B1.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup, and operate CNC milling and wire EDM processes.
• Inspect using standard metrology tools and document results.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize setups and machining strategies.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in a cleanroom environment.
