Qualifikationen

• CFC Polymécanicien or equivalent specialized in machining.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• CNC Programming - GibbsCAM a plus.
• Milling and turning knowledge – Fehlmann, Bumotec a plus.
• Establish processes and operation plans.
• Dimensional measurement with basic tools and a measurement column – self-check.
• ISO language mastery on CNC: Heidenhain (ISO) and Fanuc a plus.
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Basic English (A2) an asset.

Aufgaben

• FAO programming for 3/5 axis.
• Machine setup and precision machining of unitary or very small-series parts on CNC 3 and 5 axis centers.
• Dimensional inspection per drawings and tolerances.
• Assembly, fitting and adjustment of assemblies.
• Follow ongoing mechanical work orders.
