• Define, perform, validate, and document structural and thermal analyses using classical methods and finite element approaches.
• Build and post-process detailed finite element models of sub-assemblies under static, dynamic, and thermal loads.
• Support hardware development and testing with test plans, predictions, and post-test correlations.
• Collaborate with design and systems engineers to iterate designs using design-by-analysis approaches.
• Review mechanical and thermal specs to establish relevant analysis and test plans.
• Contribute to technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
