Job summary

360 Talent Acquisition seeks an experienced Life Sciences Recruiter to source, identify and place top talent in Switzerland on permanent roles. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from client briefing to offers, while building strong client relationships.

We value a commercial mindset, a collaborative team, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment with flexible, hybrid work options in central Zurich.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years agency recruitment experience, ideally in permanent recruitment.
• Life Sciences or related industries experience is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English; French/Italian advantageous.
• EU or Swiss work permit.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and place high-quality Life Sciences professionals in Switzerland, focusing on permanent recruitment.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to interviews, offers, and placements.
• Engage with clients to understand hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
• Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base in Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices.
• Attend industry events and develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Find exceptional talent: Source, identify, and place high-quality professionals within the Life Sciences industry across Switzerland, with a strong focus on permanent recruitment.
• Own the game: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client briefing and sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and successful placements.
• Engage with clients: Build and strengthen relationships with our existing client base, understand their hiring needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Drive sales: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base within the Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices sectors, with a focus on permanent hiring solutions.
• Build your network: Attend industry events, develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients, and become a go-to person in your market.
• Be part of the crew: Work on equal footing with your colleagues and leadership, share your ideas, and support your team.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3-4 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally within permanent recruitment. Experience in Life Sciences or related industries is a plus.
• Proven commercial acumen and consultative selling ability.
• A track record of successfully sourcing and placing talent, including across borders.
• A genuine drive to create an outstanding experience for clients and candidates.
• Professional fluency in German (must-have) and English. French or Italian would be the cherry on top.
• EU or Swiss work permit.
