Zusammenfassung

UBS is seeking ambitious students to join its 2027 Internship Program within Global Wealth Management. You’ll work in the Digital & AI team in Zurich, contributing to digital adoption and the rollout of tools for Client Advisors.

The program lasts 6 months starting February 2027. You’ll gain mentoring, attend events, and build a network while learning about UBS and the wealth management industry.

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.

You’ll Get To

• contribute to our ambition to push client digital adoption and increase digital tool usage of our Wealth Management International (WMI) Client Advisors
• develop & support rollout coordination of digital tools & features within WMI by closely collaborating with the Agile Delivery Organization
• play a part in maintaining the WMI Digital Ambassador Community and support the preparation of our Digital Ambassador Exchange Meetings
• support daily management of digital products and tools for Client Advisors and clients
• collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
• develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
• attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business

Your team

You’ll be working in the Digital & AI team within GWM EMEA Chief of Staff in Zurich. We are a diverse team who covers a wide range of topics including Digital Enablement where our ambition is to increase client digital adoption and CA digital tool usage. We cover the Wealth Management International segment and collaborate with various stakeholders such as front colleagues and the Agile Delivery Organization.

Your expertise

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than twelve months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has excellent English skills (written and oral),
• has good communication skills and is comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• is comfortable speaking in front of people (no stage fright)
• has a strong interest in digital topics
• has a good command of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Start Date: February 2027

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
