Qualifications

• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduated no longer than 12 months ago
• Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• Values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• Fluent in French with very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
• Evidence of experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Corporate Clients team in Sion, Valais.

You’ll Get To

Your team

You’ll be working in our Corporate Clients business in Valais. We are responsible for advising a broad range of commercial clients, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), local and regional companies, entrepreneurs and selected institutional clients across the canton of Valais, Switzerland.

Our team works closely with clients to understand their business needs and support their growth ambitions through tailored banking and financing solutions. You will be part of a dynamic, client-focused environment and collaborate with experienced professionals who are passionate about developing long-term client relationships.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than twelve months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
