Job summary

UBS invites ambitious graduates to join the 2027 Corporate & Real Estate Romandie Graduate Talent Program in Canton de Vaud, Switzerland. The 18-month program includes rotations, professional and technical training, and exposure to corporate and institutional clients.

You’ll support relationship managers, prepare for client visits, and maintain client relationships while developing an understanding of UBS culture, strategy, and the financial industry in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months).
• Degree completed and graduation requirements met by program start date.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading).
• Fluent in French and English; German a plus.
• Values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking.
• Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
• Evidence of experimental and responsible use of AI to improve outcomes.

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Corporate & Real Estate Romandie Graduate Talent Program in Canton de Vaud, Switzerland. The specific location (Lausanne, Nyon, Fribourg or Neuchâtel) is to be agreed with you.

You’ll Get To

• support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
• maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

Your Team

You’ll be working in our Corporate & Real Estate Romandie team. We’re responsible for business clients from small start‑ups and enterprises to large corporate clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.

Your Expertise

• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• is fluent in French and in English, German is a plus

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
