Job summary

UBS Group AG in Switzerland is recruiting ambitious graduates to join the 2027 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program. You’ll support client advisors across private, corporate and institutional segments and gain exposure to the wealth management business, culture and strategy.

The 18‑month program blends formal training with on‑the‑job rotations, teamwork with executives and entrepreneurs, and hands‑on project coordination to boost client satisfaction and business development.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate within 24 months and fully completed degree by program start date.
• Swiss GPA of 4.5 or higher; limit of two years full-time work experience.
• Interest in finance and the wealth management industry; willingness to learn.
• Curious, collaborative and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in German is required.

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You’ll get to:

• build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
• support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction
• coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development

You’ll be working in our Executives and Entrepreneurs team. Our core clients are wealthy private individuals with an entrepreneurial background. We are looking forward to gaining new impulses and perceive your passion while working with you.

Your expertise

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• Is fluent in German

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
