UBS in Zurich is seeking ambitious graduates to join the 2027 Human Resources Graduate Talent Program, offering rotations through generalist and specialist HR areas and exposure to a global network of contacts.

You'll work with HR colleagues across the employee lifecycle, participate in projects, and develop core skills through professional and technical training to build a foundation for a career in finance.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months).
• Degree fully completed by the program start date.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss scale.

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Human Resources Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll Get To

• rotate through different areas including generalist and specialist roles in recruitment, reward, talent development, employee relations, employee advisory and management support
• be involved in projects across the business, giving you access to a global network of contacts
  

Your team

You’ll be working alongside our Human Resources colleagues, located in Zurich. The team touches every aspect of an employee’s experience along the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. We support our people, enable them to perform at their best and make sure they are fairly rewarded, playing an essential part in maintaining our inclusive culture.

Your expertise

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge to help build your foundation by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job as you rotate through different areas of HR. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
