Job summary

A community support organization in Coaldale seeks a Relief Staff member to work with children and youth in a Group Home. This position involves supporting daily activities, ensuring safety, and managing crisis situations. Candidates should have a diploma in a related field and experience with vulnerable populations. A personal vehicle and a valid Alberta driver's license are mandatory. Pay is $23.15 CAD per hour. Shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with vulnerable children and families is preferred.
  • Must have a class 5 Alberta driver's license and a personal vehicle.

  • Participate in supervision and team meetings as required.
