• Inspect the inside and periphery of properties on a recurring schedule to identify infestation source, extent of damage, and access to infested locations.
• Prepare and apply product to infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayers and set traps as per regulatory guidelines.
• Offer recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestation.
• Study preliminary reports of infested areas and determine the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.
• Ensure all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Structural Exterminator License not required but preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license / clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• A successful criminal background check.

• Company phone: a work phone and monthly plan are provided for you, which can be used for personal use.
• Uniforms are provided.
• Company covers 50% of the cost of your steel toes, once per year.
• Matching RRSP program up to 3.5% of your base salary per year.
• Paid sick days and vacation days.
• Ability to earn production and commission bonuses (after a 3-month probation).
