What you’ll do:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience
- Recommend aftermarket auto parts & accessories using your automotive knowledge
- Work diligently with store staff, region, and organization levels to source, order, and deliver the right solutions for our customers
- Seize every opportunity to grow your automotive knowledge
- Perform various tasks throughout the store to ensure the team’s success
Do you fit the part?
- 0-2 years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone
- Basic automotive knowledge is an asset
- Strong-willed individual eager to learn and advance in automotive knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs
