What will you do in this job?

1. Lead and supervise Lift Operations staff, ensuring a safe and efficient operation of the SkyTram.
2. Oversee daily compliance with safety procedures, operating schedules, and ticket control.
3. Open and close the property for daily operations, performing safety checks and test flights.
4. Assist with training Lift Operations personnel and ensure team adherence to lift operation codes.
5. Maintain daily operating, safety, and cleaning logs, and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
6. Provide excellent customer service by guiding guests, scanning tickets, and addressing concerns.
7. Troubleshoot operational issues, including weather delays and guest scheduling conflicts.
8. Act as a key communication point between departments, supervisors, and managers.
9. Serve as a First Aid responder and assist with general property cleanliness and water monitoring.
10. Represent Jasper SkyTram professionally and comply with safety and workplace legislation.
11. Staff transportation driver as needed.
12. Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

1. Proven leadership or supervisory skills.
2. Previous lift operations or guide experience an asset.
3. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
4. Strong customer service, organizational and computer skills.
5. Secondary language skills are an asset.
