This critical role will have hands‑on experience in Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and a strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across multiple teams to optimize marketing performance and drive business growth.
Performance Management : Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies across regions (North America, EU, APAC), providing actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
Data Analysis : Analyze Marketing data identify wins, roadblocks, and churn. Deliver feedback to Marketing and Demand Generation teams and recommend process improvements.
Collaboration : Partner with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align strategies and ensure data‑driven decision‑making across global markets.
CRM & Automation Tools : Leverage Salesforce CRM and Pardot to track campaign performance, manage lead lifecycles, email reviews and support marketing automation initiatives.
Web Analytics : Use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics, and integrate findings into broader marketing strategies.
