Ignite Talent Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Real Estate Law Clerk to join an established, mid-sized law firm located in Mississauga.

Your new role

1. Complete purchase and mortgage files from start to finish.
2. Prepare and review bank documents.
3. Draft and coordinate necessary documentation required for closing.
4. Conduct and review title searches and off-title searches.
5. Draft requisitions.
6. Organize and coordinate files and closings.
7. Register documentation in Teraview, Conveyancer, and Unity.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in all forms of real estate files, namely purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinancing. Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, PC Law, Unity, and MS Word and Outlook are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
