We are seeking a Senior Electrical and Mechanical Engineer – R&D with over 10 years of proven experience in global HVAC, air solutions, air dynamics systems, and product research and development. This role is ideal for an accomplished engineer with a multidisciplinary background in mechanical, electrical, and product development engineering, who excels in leading cross-functional teams through concept, design, prototyping, and certification.

Location: Head Office – Mississauga.

Compensation and Benefits: Rosenberg Fans Canada Ltd. offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual gross salary starting at $85,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience) and a competitive employer-matched retirement savings program. Employment Type: Full-time 40 hours/week.

The successful candidate will lead advanced product development initiatives with a strong focus on energy efficiency, compliance with local and international standards, and innovation in air systems technologies. The role also involves financial oversight, risk analysis management, and collaboration with global teams to deliver high-performing, certified products to the US and Canadian markets. This position also requires a strong ability to plan, organize, and manage department activities, including technical documentation, workflows, and process improvements.
