A leading engineering consulting firm in Montérégie is seeking a Mechanical Engineer specializing in hydropower projects. The role involves managing mechanical projects, conducting inspections, and ensuring quality deliverables. Candidates should have a university degree in mechanical engineering and 5-14 years of experience in the hydropower sector, along with P.Eng. registration. Type of position: Regular
You’ll join our team of about 20 turbine‑generator specialists, working on hydroelectric projects across Canada. You’ll be based at our Mont‑Saint‑Hilaire or Québec City office. You’ll play a key role in all phases of engineering projects, ensuring exceptional technical quality of deliverables. Occasional site visits will also be part of your responsibilities. You’ll identify and develop new business opportunities as they arise. Finally, you’ll serve as mentor to support the growth of our Hydropower team.
