- Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion
- Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations
- Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product
- Ensure customers have a great experience through exceptional customer service
- Engage customers creatively to share the benefits of the products
- Build positive working relationships with store personnel
- Maintain confidentiality while working with customer information
- Create excitement around the product offerings by being a subject matter expert
- 1+ years of experience in sales (financial or retail is an asset)
- Comfortable with sales targets, eager to push beyond status quo
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening
- Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability while managing confidential customer information
- Must be comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check
- Interest in learning and development through coaching and training
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is a plus
- Flexible work environment and schedule
