  • 3 - 5 years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • G or G2 Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, supervise, and coach Community Support Workers.
  • Develop and maintain effective Care Plans.
  • Monitor employee performance and promote workplace Health and Safety.

Skills

Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Leadership and people management
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Experience in a community healthcare environment

Education

Degree or diploma in nursing
