About the Role
The Human Resources Generalist plays an integral role in supporting various teams within the organization while upholding the company's values to maintain a positive culture. Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Generalist will undertake a diverse range of HR tasks, including recruitment, updating and rewriting policies and programs, managing employee performance, and serving as a primary point of contact for employees seeking HR-related advice and consultations.
