Job summary
A leading sports retail company in Laval is seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates to provide excellent customer service and maintain store standards. You'll be responsible for customer interactions, store organization, and adhering to policies. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential. This role starts at local minimum wage and runs until January 6th.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to read and operate a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
- Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service by following customer service programs.
- Meet or exceed Company Objectives in individual sales goals.
- Participate in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy.
- Protect Company assets within guidelines of Retail policies.

- Participate in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines including: proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy.
- Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
- Participate in restocking and resetting of merchandise.
- Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to read and operate a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
- Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
Seasonal Part Time Associates start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
The seasonal duration of this position will conclude on January 6th.
