What will you do?
As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure that customers receive the best value for their products and services. Your responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls primarily to existing or past customers to upsell additional services
- Selling and adding on products and services that meet customer needs
- Staying updated on packages for Internet, home phone, programming, and TV services
- Understanding customer situations and recognizing their needs
- Building rapport quickly and overcoming objections
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Meeting and exceeding KPI targets
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a call center, specifically in outbound sales
- Minimum of 6 months sales experience
- Experience following a script
- Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- A strong desire to earn higher income through bonuses
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask using various software applications
- Equipment provided, but you must connect your computer directly to the modem via Ethernet (Wi-Fi is not compatible)
