We're looking for a Fullstack Developer for an initial 4-month contract that has the potential for extensions! This position can be worked full-time remote.

1. Develop full-stack features for the form builder UI, web form renderer, and system integration components.
2. Migrate legacy PDF forms (XFA-based) into structured, JSON-driven digital formats.
3. Analyze and translate complex form requirements into functional, accessible, and interactive web form experiences.
4. Design application features using microservices architecture, API-first principles, and component-based design for scalability and modularity.
5. Implement and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E) to ensure system quality and prevent regressions.
6. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA or higher) across both web forms and generated PDF outputs.
7. Develop and secure RESTful API integrations with internal systems, including authentication and data exchange layers.
8. Use GenAI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate and automate the transformation of legacy PDF forms into modern digital equivalents.
9. Participate actively in agile development cycles, including 3-week sprints, planning, demos, and retrospectives.

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer on enterprise-scale web applications.
2. Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, following modern ES standards and clean code practices.
3. Experience with React for building dynamic, interactive front-end applications.
4. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS/SASS, and building responsive web interfaces.
5. Proven ability to build accessible web forms compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
6. Experience developing client-side form validation logic, including conditionals and calculations.
7. Experience with Node.js for back-end development and middleware integration.
8. Experience with RESTful API development, including OAuth 2.0 and secure practices like RBAC and input validation.
9. Proficiency with JSON, XML, and JSON Schema validation for structured data handling.
10. Hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP) for building backend services or form management tools.
11. Demonstrated ability to integrate GenAI/LLM APIs, including prompt design and handling structured output.
12. Knowledge of Git workflows, including pull requests and branching strategies.
13. Experience working in agile development teams (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
14. Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.
