A leading logistics company in Ontario is seeking a Supervisor to oversee workers and projects, provide technical advice, and ensure safety regulations are met. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and some experience in a supervisory role. This full-time position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

- 7 months to less than 1 year experience in related field.

- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Supervise workers and projects.
- Train or arrange for training personnel.
- Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes.

- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Recommend personnel actions
