Automotive Sales Executive: Western Canada – C-4 Analytics

C-4 Analytics is a growing, private, full‑service digital marketing company that helps automotive dealerships increase sales, market share, and lower cost per acquisition. Join our team to support local and national clients across Western Canada.

Compensation

Competitive salary of $75,000–$115,000 CAD per year with uncapped commission, offering the potential to earn up to $195,000 CAD in on‑target earnings. A comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Working at C‑4 Analytics

Employees receive career development programs, paid time off, and a remote work option. The position is fully remote; you may also be invited to expand business outside your immediate geographic area.

Who We’re Looking For

The Automotive Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing new business—with a consultative approach. You will engage decision‑makers at automotive dealerships, challenge prospects with new ideas, and demonstrate how our analytics‑driven digital marketing solutions deliver growth and revenue.

A Day in the Life of an Automotive Sales Executive
  • Drive outreach based on a curated prospect list developed with Sales Operations.
  • Prospect via cold calls and emails.
  • Maintain high daily activity: calls, presentations, proposals, and follow‑ups.
  • Research target accounts, identify key contacts, and develop account‑specific strategies.
  • Deliver tailored virtual sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
  • Track all sales activity in HubSpot.
  • Focus on closing new business.
  • Remote work with the possibility of cross‑regional development.
Requirements

MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of demonstrated sales success, including prospecting, discovery, and win‑rate.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate value of a service‑oriented solution.
  • Experience in the automotive dealership environment is a strong plus.
  • High‑volume cold‑call and email prospecting experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • 3+ years of CRM experience with meticulous pipeline management.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Located in the Western Region of Canada (Victoria to Manitoba).

NICE TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/training.
  • Google Analytics certification.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing or related services sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • 3+ years of HubSpot CRM experience.
