• oversee supply management, warehouse operations, and related logistics for a high-volume Lean manufacturing environment
• manage people, lead change initiatives, and ensure health & safety, compliance, quality assurance, and training standards
• develop budgets, drive production and quality through data analysis, and implement Lean methodologies

• Plant management experience in fast-paced, high-volume Lean manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, materials management, logistics, and quality control
• Collaborative professional with a university degree (required) and Lean Manufacturing Green Belt (preferred)
• Proficiency in safety and risk program management
• Extra skills like team spirit, communication, project management, quality control, problem-solving, and analytics are highly valued
