Amazon is looking for a trusted finance partner at one of its Canadian fulfillment sites. As part of the NACF Finance team, you’ll have the opportunity to build a strong foundation for a future in senior roles, project management, or global finance positions within Amazon. As a Finance Manager in the Canada Customer Fulfillment team, you’ll partner with stakeholders across Operations, HR, Tech, Retail, and more. You’ll design and maintain performance measurement tools, lead site productivity improvements, and use large-scale data mining tools to provide actionable insights.

The role involves delivering weekly/monthly financial close processes, planning and forecasting, and creating financial models that support Amazon’s strategic goals. You will collaborate regularly with C-suite leaders, influence business decisions, and help improve cost structures by identifying key operational priorities. The base salary for this role ranges from $80,900/year to $135,200/year, depending on experience and qualifications. Amazon also offers a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and benefits such as:

• 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with SQL, MS Power Query, or Python is preferred
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in mentorship, hiring, and team development
