A leading company in the food service industry is looking for a Food Service Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring quality food service, and managing work schedules. This role requires a secondary school graduation certificate and relevant supervisory experience to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
- High school diploma is required.
- Ability to supervise 3-4 staff members.
Responsabilités
- Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation staff.
- Evaluate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Ensure food meets quality control standards.

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- 3-4 people
