A leading healthcare organization in British Columbia is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join their Hospice Palliative Community Services team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive counseling services and assess the psychosocial needs of clients and families facing end-of-life issues. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans and ensure client autonomy in decision-making processes. A Master’s in Social Work and BC registration are required. Salary range: CAD $42.27 - $52.81 per hour.

Master’s degree in Social Work from an approved School of Social Work. Two years recent, related clinical experience working with palliative clients, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Current full registration with the BC College of Social Workers and a valid BC Driver’s license and access to personal vehicle for business‑related purposes.
Applicants with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from an accredited School of Social Work, and a demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. If you are applying under equivalency, please clearly outline in your application how your knowledge, education, skills and experience meet Master of Social Work (MSW) equivalency.
