A local retail pharmacy in Brandon, MB is seeking a full-time POS System Coordinator. This role includes maintaining the POS system, troubleshooting issues, and developing policies. Ideal candidates will have experience with POS systems and strong communication skills. Responsabilités
- General POS system maintenance including setup of settings, products, and promotions.
- Monitor multi-store POS system communication and setup.
- Development of POS system policies and procedures.
- Assistance and troubleshooting for the POS system.
- Maintenance of the loyalty rewards program and promotion data.
- General troubleshooting of Debit/Credit and Gift Card systems.
- Invoicing and inventory maintenance.

- General POS system assistance and trouble shooting.
- Maintenance of POS system loyalty rewards program and promotion data.
- General Debit/Credit and Gift Card system maintenance and trouble shooting.
- General invoicing and inventory maintenance.
- Previous experience with POS systems, including hardware and software
- Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Previous experience in retail operations and sales an asset
- Strong organization and communication skills

- Able to work independently and within a team setting
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
