You will play a crucial role in providing a safe home for children and youth in care, building relationships through a trauma-informed lens. This unionized position offers a salary between $21.05 and $21.90 per hour, along with health and dental benefits. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

What you'll bring? A Child and Youth Care certification or, degree and diploma is preferred. Experience working with children and youth from trauma or with various complex needs is considered an asset. A driver's license, Record of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check, First Aid Certificate, and Children, Seniors and Social Development (CSSD) Record Check is required.
