A regional investment firm in Rankin Inlet is seeking a Controller to lead their finance division. The successful candidate will oversee accounting operations for multiple entities, manage a team of seven, and ensure financial reporting integrity. Candidates must have a CPA designation and 3-5 years of accounting experience. The role includes transitioning financial systems and providing insights for investment decisions. Staff housing is provided for relocation.

Responsabilités
- Oversee the full accounting cycle for corporate entities.
- Lead a finance team of seven professionals.
- Manage monthly and annual financial reporting processes.
- Coordinate external audit processes with auditing firms.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions.
- Oversee migration to new financial systems (Sage Intacct).
- Advise the VP Finance on strategic financial planning.
