The Now Agency seeks a Director of YouTube Strategy & Growth to lead and scale our YouTube practice for world-class brands. This role blends deep YouTube expertise with strategic leadership, enterprise client advisory, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive audience growth and business impact.

You will own development of the YouTube practice, sculpt methodologies, and build a team and operating infrastructure to deliver measurable outcomes for large clients and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in YouTube strategy, audience development, digital video, or content growth.
• Proven success building and scaling YouTube channels for major brands, publishers, or creators.
• Deep technical expertise in YouTube Studio, Analytics, recommendation systems, discovery, retention, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of long-form programming, Shorts, content packaging, creator integration, and audience growth.
• Ability to translate complex YouTube insights into actionable strategies and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience presenting to and advising senior executives at enterprise organizations.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams, client delivery, and operational development.

Responsabilités

• Develop enterprise YouTube strategies focused on audience growth, programming, discoverability, and channel performance.
• Lead channel audits to identify opportunities across content, packaging, retention, and audience behavior.
• Advise on original programming, long-form and Shorts strategies, publishing cadence, and creator integration.
• Establish testing frameworks across titles, thumbnails, formats, and content optimization.
• Translate YouTube Analytics into actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
• Stay ahead of platform developments, recommendation systems, AI-driven discovery, and emerging trends.
• Oversee TNA's YouTube client portfolio, providing strategic leadership based on engagement complexity and needs.
• Lead executive-level client discussions, presentations, workshops, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Creative, Production, and Client Services to translate strategy into effective execution.
• Ensure strategic quality, consistency, and measurable performance across all engagements.
• Establish client KPIs, measurement frameworks, and optimization roadmaps.
• Support account expansion, new business pitches, and strategic proposals.
