Qualifications

• Create virtual content, including educational materials, workshops, and interactive sessions.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for remote youth engagement.

• Monitor program participation and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and organized Youth Program Coordinator to manage and deliver impactful programs for young people in the Kimberley area, primarily through remote engagement. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing a variety of initiatives aimed at youth development, skill-building, and positive engagement. You will create engaging virtual content, coordinate online activities, and connect youth with resources and opportunities. This fully remote position allows you to make a substantial difference in the lives of young people across the Northern Cape from your home office. You will foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment for the youth you serve.
