Qualifications

  • Experience in community development, social work, or related field.

  • Familiarity with Kimberley region and its social context is desirable.
  • Passion for community empowerment and social justice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for mobilization and participation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local groups, and residents.
  • Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
  • Identify community needs and assets, and mobilize resources to address them.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of mobilization efforts and their impact on the community.

About the Role
